What does door opening cost at night?
Opening a door with a standard lock costs €70, a Riga call-out is €10 or €20, and the 21:00–07:00 night supplement is €120. This example totals €200–€210 without replacement parts. Only the highest applicable time supplement applies; a weekend supplement is not added again at night.
Do I need identification?
We check your right to access the property or vehicle before work. The locksmith may ask for identification and evidence of that right. If your documents are locked inside, explain this when you call so the verification procedure can be discussed.
Will you damage the lock?
We first assess whether careful opening is possible. The outcome depends on the mechanism and fault; preserving every lock cannot be guaranteed. Any necessary replacement work and parts are agreed with you beforehand.
How quickly can you arrive?
We agree an arrival time when you contact us. It depends on your address, traffic and availability. We operate 24/7 in Riga, Jurmala and the Riga area without promising a fixed number of minutes.
How do I pay?
Payment is made on site after the work. Please confirm the available payment method when calling, before the visit. Labour, transport, supplements and necessary parts are agreed in advance.
Do you issue a receipt?
Yes, a receipt is issued after payment. If you need company details on your payment document, tell the locksmith before work begins.
