Careful access to your vehicle
The opening method depends on the vehicle’s construction and the condition of the lock. The aim is to preserve the door, seals and mechanism where technically possible. Damage-free access cannot be promised for every vehicle. Avoid forcing the door with improvised objects, which can damage paintwork or seals. Explain any earlier attempts or existing damage before work starts. This service covers opening the vehicle; making a replacement key or programming a transponder is not included in the service described here.
How to request help and prepare
Call the locksmith directly or send photographs through WhatsApp or Telegram. Describe the fault, give your address and explain how urgently you need access. Photograph only what helps assess the mechanism; copies of identity documents are not needed for an initial price enquiry. The locksmith will clarify the information required, possible scope of work and arrival time. A photograph helps with preparation but does not always reveal an internal mechanical fault. If an inspection reveals a different problem, changes are discussed before additional work begins.
Prices and call-out conditions
Car unlocking labour starts at €80, depending on the make, model and circumstances. Travel and the applicable time supplement are charged separately.
Labour, travel and time supplements are separate parts of the price. Call-out costs €10 in Pardaugava, Imanta and Zolitude, or €20 in Bolderaja, Vecmilgravis and the rest of Riga. Travel outside Riga is agreed individually. The evening supplement from 18:00 to 21:00 is €70; weekends and public holidays carry a €70 supplement; the night supplement from 21:00 to 07:00 is €120. When several conditions apply, only the highest supplement is charged. This does not replace the travel charge. Necessary parts are agreed separately and the total is clarified before work.

The mobile service covers Riga, Jurmala and the Riga area around the clock. Arrival depends on your address, traffic and the locksmith’s availability and is agreed when you contact us. Before work, we need to check your right to access the property or vehicle. Identification and evidence of your right of access may be needed. If your documents are unavailable, explain this in advance so verification can be discussed. Customers are not received at the registered address: work takes place at the customer’s location.

Is €80 the total price?
It is the starting labour price. Travel and one applicable time supplement are separate. The total is agreed before work begins.
Which photos should I send?
Send a photo of the door lock and the model details. Explain where the keys are and whether the mechanism responds, without unnecessary personal data.
What if my documents are inside?
Mention this when calling. Your right to access the vehicle still needs to be checked; the possible verification procedure is discussed before work.
Can every model be opened?
That depends on its construction and condition. Send the model and symptoms first so the locksmith can assess the options.
